Track 1 Fleet Foxes with Helplessness Blues. Meaningful strong vocal over quickly frantic acoustic guitar. Kicks in a bit of bass stays consistent, great song.



Amor Fati by Washed Out(Ernest Greene)up next. Alternative rock track hollow vocal over straight forward music. Nothing fancy good track.



Vetiver playing Wonder Why is next. Mellow easy listening indie song that cruises along behind male lyric and simple backing sounds. Nice.



Track 4 is The Head And The Heart playing Lost In My Mind. Quiet male vocal over guitar and subdued band, nice lyrics, cool ohooohohing vocalist kicks it up a notch on very nice folky/indie song.



Fruit Bats (Eric D. Johnson) bring us Tangie and Ray. Different vocal on peppy song that changes enough to keep our interest. Nice Indie Pop song.



Track 6 is by Aureilo singing Tio Sam. Very cool African Caribbean sound behind neat clear lead vocal, drums and backing singers. Like it a lot.



The Fox is by Niki & The Dove. Two person band from Sweden. Cool Alternative track nothing boring a little messy but you will keep listening to the active strong female vocal. Very nice.



Mogwai bring us Rano Pano. Great distorted guitar opening slowly builds with drums and what could be atomic Kazoos. Remains an instrumental track that maintains it's slightly threatening undertone, you will keep listening. Like it.



Track 9 is Shabazz Palaces with Swerve...the reeping of all that is worthwhile (Noir not withstanding). Male and female Rap vocals over electro/techno noises.



Still Corners with Endless Summer bring us back to music. Hollow dreamy female vocal over mixture of synthesizer sounds that get stronger as we progress then it's over.



Chad Vangaalen with Peace On The Rise is next. Hollow male vocal plodding along behind bad production and simplistic instruments. Predictable Indie song.



Track 12 is Not Enough from J Mascis. Another great singer songwriter in your ears vocal over acoustic guitar and other singers. Very folky very nice.



Rebound from Sebadoh. Raccous opening (very refreshing) gives way to lone singer over classic sounding 3 piece band. Cruises along w/nice California garage band sound. Track is over way too soon.



Next up Orbits playing You Gotta Lose. Equally cool opening up beat band

and intense singer. Punky sound great song.



Track 15 is He Gets Me High by Dum Dum Girls. I love the Dum Dum Girls. Similar great Pop/punky sound to their songs this is no exception. Slightly distorted sound great smart song.



Handsome Furs bring us Repatriated. Strong New Wave sound and 80's vocal. Pulsing dance beat behind much more. Cruises along nicely, echoes of the 80's it's all good on this great song.



The Twilight Singers are next with On The Corner. Very good rock song, superior intro, strong sound, cool vocal. Band and singer grow and stretch as the song expands, keeps getting bigger this is a brilliant song. Even has cool fade to end.



Number 18 is Papercuts with Do You Really Wanna Know. Dreamy hollow vocal over straining band. Song soars and cruises stays the same, pretty good Dream Pop.



Mister Heavenly is the band Bronx Sniper is the song. Pretty cool strong rock band sound after trick quiet opening. Great vocal rowdy band very deliberate and calculated sound that rocks. Love it.



Track 20 is Male Bonding with Bones. Any rapid playing guitar fade in to a song is a good start. Weird Motorhead lyrical flashback (It's all the same to me) as the singer starts however the dreamy vocal over frantic distorted guitar and simple drums soon take over. At 6 and half minutes song starts to age, these guys maintain a beat and rock on through. Like it.



Avi Buffalo with How Come? is next. Cool thumping bass behind new female vocal and messy music. Actually stays interesting and sounds pretty good. Initially I thought they were Pomplamoose (from Hyundai Christmas TV ad) they are not. Nice song.



Especially Me from Low is next. Song opens with a well used line (Cry me a river) quickly goes it's own way with very nice female vocal over strengthening band in the back ground. Very cool 5 and half minutes of superior vocal and band. This is a very well produced quality song.



Last track is Daniel Martin Moore with O My Soul. We close with initially mellow male vocal over controlled acoustic guitar, song quickly becomes stronger and better. High quality singer songwriter number to end a very high quality mp3 download from Amazon.



This 23 track free sampler starts well and never looks back. A superior collection of very talented musicians. Every track adds something to the sampler. Production is mostly very good, content is superior, overall this is a great sampler. A neat mix of mostly Indie, Alternative and Folk sometimes on the same song.



I strongly suggest you download now, recent Amazon samplers have quickly become for sale or been withdrawn. I cannot imagine this collection will be free for long and I'd be surprised if you delete many tracks.

As Hurricane Irene ravaged the East Coast this weekend, Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann said the storm and last week's earthquake were God's way of trying to get politicians in Washington to deal with soaring federal deficits.



"I don't know how much God has to do to get the attention of the politicians. We've had an earthquake; we've had a hurricane. He said, 'Are you going to start listening to me here?' Listen to the American people because the American people are roaring right now. They know government is on a morbid obesity diet and we've got to rein in the spending," Bachmann said in Sarasota on Sunday, according to the St. Petersburg Times.



On Monday, Bachmann's campaign spokesperson Alice Stewart said the Minnesota congresswoman was just joking.

Article: Tainted Chinese Honey May Be on U.S. Store Shelves

"Millions of pounds of tainted Chinese honey are likely making their way onto U.S. store shelves, according to an investigation by Food Safety News (FSN). The online daily news site reports that Chinese honeymakers are laundering their products through other Asian nations, including India, Vietnam and Malaysia, in order to smuggle it into the U.S.

The ploy is a way to get around paying the steep tariffs — up to $1.20 per pound — that the U.S. has imposed on cheap Chinese honey, FSN's Andrew Schneider reports. The scheme is being aided by American importers and lax enforcement by the Food and Drug Adminstration (FDA)"







"What's wrong with honey from China? For one thing, it may contain lead, a toxin that accumulates in the body and can cause neurological damage, particularly in young children. The lead contamination has been traced back to the thousands of small beekeeping operations in China that use unlined, lead-soldered drums to collect and store honey before transferring it to processors.



Further, FSN reports, Chinese honey may contain tiny amounts of an antibiotic known as chloramphenicol, which was used in the early 2000s to thwart a bacterial epidemic that was killing tens of millions of bees. The FDA has banned the presence of the drug in food; even in small amounts, it can cause a severe or fatal reaction in about 1 out of 30,000 people."

A question about brain cancer?

It's quite obvious someone is lying. I had brain cancer so I know a thing or twelve. If someone has brain cancer, you can pretty much bet they would be in hospital for about a week and come out with a Frankenstein cut on their head, with the hair shaved gone where the incision was. After a month of healing, 2 weeks after sutures are removed, the person would begin chemo and radiation and would have big bald patches where the radiation pes thru the head. The pain shortly after getting out of the hospital would be bad enough to warrant dr giving you dilaudid for pain, wicked stuff. Mri is used when checking on progress of treatments and for regrowth afterward. And anyone with any sense would know no cancer shows up and disappears and shows up at random. Don't even get me started on the chemo brain, the numbness in your hands and feet, the twitches in your face, all after treatment.

Help Me!! My mother has a serious, serious case of internal hemorrhoids?

Will i need a new motherboard?

You will definitely need a new motherboard because AMD processors don't fit in the same sockets as Intel processors, not since socket Super 7 and the AMD K6-500. If you can afford to then get a Phenom X4 or a Phenom II X4 rather than an Athlon, since the Athlon chips have no L3 cache. You'll almost certainly need a new PSU unless it has a high enough power rating - you don't want to spend all your money on new parts, just to risk damaging them with a PSU failure. It sounds like you're going to have to replace most of the machine so you might want to consider a new case too, although that might not be necessary if the parts fit and the ventilation is adequate.

I met a wonderful guy a year and a half ago, getting married, but there is one huge problem! Advice?

Hi all, I am 26 years old and currently finishing up Graduate school. Over a year ago, I met a man that I fell in love with, and 6 months into our dating, he proposed. However, there is a problem. The problem is, he is about to turn 50 in May. While I don't have a problem with our age differences, it has caused us to have different viewpoints. The main problem is that I want kids...at least 2. He already has kids that are 20 and 21, and has told me more than once that he is not sure that he wants anymore. I have seen him with his kids and know he would make a great dad, but he has told me that he doesn't think he wants to raise anymore children at his age, plus, he has a pacemaker due to some heart problems he found out about a few years ago, and that's made him even more wary of having children because he doesn't think he could keep up with them. I love him so much and don't want to lose him but I also want to experience child birth and child rearing myself. I am not trying to be selfish and I can understand his point of view, but I am also frustrated because he can't see, or is unwilling to see, my side of things. I don't know what to do. Our wedding is 8 months away; we wanted to have it in September on my birthday. So I feel that I still have time to talk to him about this but he just seems so unyielding. What should I do? Should I yield and accept that relationships mean compromise? I want children so badly and he knows this, but he is just so worried about the age thing, which in my opinion, is insignificant. Should we try counseling or something? Would that possibly help? Any advice would be appreciated. I can't really go to my friends or family, because they advised me not to get involved with him in the first place, so if they knew we were having problems, i'd just have to hear "I told you so" and I can't take having to deal with that right now. Please, any advice?

Advrcntr2.dll file missing.?

nero tells me that advrcntr2.dll file is missing from my system so i downlodead it from googles service and extracted this.dll file to c drive(in programe file) and cut and pest it to system folder in windows .But till when i watch some movies or try some video rendering job with nero or any other video rendering software nero show me that advrcntr2.dll file is missing from my system and during midway it stops video becodind process .It is really painfull if after 2/3 hours it stop the job with this message .sombody plz help me.

Why do the lug nuts on my truck keep falling off?

I have a ford bronco - lifted with 33" tires. Just noticed a couple months ago that a couple lug nuts were gone - thought it was strange as that has never happened before. I took it down to a local tire center and had the tires rotated and they replaced the missing lug nuts. Well, that was just a couple months ago and I noticed today that I am missing 2 of the 5 lug nuts on one side!! I cant remember if it is the same missing as last time, but what the hell?!?! Did they not get them on tight enough or could something else be the cause? Should I worry about getting 2 lug nuts back on their ASAP or is it ok to wait a couple days? I am a little worried as to why they are coming off...

Should bullying be a crime?

ABSOLUTELY!!! Back in the day bullying was just about name calling and a wedgie, now with all the technology available to kids is far more serious cause they take it to a totally new level of bullying and kids are getting seriously hurt if not dead.. I really hate to hear the term "Kids will be Kids" when referring to bullying in schools, many times kids are repeating same comments and behavior they observe at home from their elders, family and friends and if they are not learning tolerance, manners, morals and respect at home they are not gonna learn it in school. Would you like to be bullied at work by coworkers everyday? Would you have them arrested for ault, slandering, robbery,vandalizing, extortion? Bullies in school are nothing more then FUTURE CRIMINALS IN TRAINING....

55 gallon stocking questions?

I just bought a 55 gallon tank (by "just" I mean about 2 monthes ago) and have been cycling it for a month, it has a aquaclear 40-70 gallon or something like that (300 gallons per hour). Right now there are 1 female molly, 1 female platty, 1 royal pleco, and 6 neon tetra's. The platty, molly, and tetras can be moved to another tank if needed. Heres my question: What should I put in the tank? I was thinking maybe an african cichlid tank. I would like it to be colorful and active. I would like at least 1 fish around 5" long (more or less) as a center piece. Any recommendations? I am willing to put lots of time and effort on this. My budget is prettly low, I'd rather not spend a whole lot on extra things.

Should I ditch this relationship?

I have a friend that I've known for a few years and we enjoy doing things together. Recently she offered to let another friend of hers move into her house with her. Now whenever my friend calls me to do something, the other friend is included. I don't dislike the other friend; just not interested in spending time with her. Should I quit this job I just started?

I just started a Summer job at Dairy Queen two days ago (I am a college student who is back home for the Summer). I don't need the money but wanted some extra cash and something to do, so I applied and was hired full-time on the spot. The restaurant is severely understaffed, so I know I'm needed, but I want to leave. Essential nutrients for raw dog food?

I know raw dog food that is homemade is THE best food you can feed a dog. What different nutrients needs to be in it, and what foods( that dogs can eat) can fall into that category. I hear you need a protein source, a carbohydrate source, sufficient vitamins and minerals, and some fat. Anything else? What foods fullfil these? Also I heard gfruit juice can deter any bacteria. Is this right or does something else. Although dogs can handle it and if your hiegenic it won't be a prob for people. Thanks btw it's for my aussie
