0 Sedu or Brocato hair straightener?

I just bought a brocato hair straightener and it works great, but when I close down on my hair it's not tight like my CHI was and it seems like I have to go back over it more. I'm thinking about returning it for a sedu revolution. Will I have the same problem or is it tight on the hair???
